The property was renovated from the original stone Stables, with vaulted ceilings and original timber beams. Slate floors throughout the open plan kitchen and lounge (with log burner) extent over the patio through tri-fold glass doors where you access the private Hot Tub (with step and hand rail). The indoor pool and steam room are just across the gravel courtyard for indulgent private use, with bathrobes provided!

The dog friendly garden has 6ft solid fencing and direct access to further gardens and the 2 acre walking paddocks with 4ft post and rail/ stock fencing. 

Kingates Farm only has 3 properties within the 5 acres plot, so no sharing with several lodges on the Isle of Wight with Hot Tub, it's a very relaxed atmosphere, an island paradise!
