The Farm Cottage is a beautiful two-storey stone cottage that sleeps a family/group of four in two superking ensuite bedrooms (twin beds on request).

The open plan living space has a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area with cosy wood burner. The rear stable door leads to a sunny, enclosed dog friendly garden with sun sail, BBQ and garden furniture for outdoor dining. Solid +6ft stone walls and 2 acre walking paddocks are 5ft stock fenced on post and rail.

Up to 4 friendly adult dogs (+12 mths) welcome free of charge but not left alone in Cottage (apart from pool sessions and/or briefly). Also, discussed with Owner, once dogs are totally settled in beforehand (not in bedrooms please, unless bringing own bedlinen).

Ferry offers from £47 total return per car (27 Oct - 15 Dec 2024 & 2 Jan - 31 Mar 2025). Also, substantial +40% ferry discounts all year round (*standard size car).

Upstairs, both ensuite bedrooms have zip and link superking beds that can be converted to twin beds (on request). The front master bedroom has beautiful far-reaching valley views to watch the abundant wildlife, glowing summer sunsets and with AONB South Coast protected “Dark Sky” status for star gazing!

Enjoy miles of foot and cycle paths, book an onsite massage or reflexology treatment, go horse riding on the beach... There's so much to see and do, we have a few suggestions online and feel free to ask for any help!

4 steps to entrance stable door (not suitable for those with limited mobility). Private parking for 2 cars, exterior boot/coat rack.
Ground Floor, open plan living space: Central heating throughout with thermostat control. Original character features including a flagstone floor. Curtains on large window facing enclosed private car parking space.
Living area: With wood burner (inc firelighters and starter logs) Freesat TV, WiFi, fabric sofa with coffee table (dog towels, toys, treats and bowls ect. inside) and large rug, armchair and additional chair all with cushions and optional blankets. Microfibre dog mats available.
Enclosed garden: The rear stable door leads (down 2 steps) to the dog friendly garden with 6ft+ walls, raised flower borders and exterior gate. Garden furniture, BBQ (inc charcoal starter pack), sun sail for shade and extendable clothes line.
Dining area: Solid oak table (can seat 4+) and chairs. Dog crate and solid dog beds available on request.
Kitchen area: With electric cooker, microwave, slow cooker, under counter fridge (with ice box), dishwasher, washing machine and clothes airer. Cutlery, crockery (inc infants), cooking equipment, utensils and Eco friendly cleaning products included.

First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Vaulted ceiling with beams. Zip and link superking bed (can be twin beds on request). Large fitted wardrobe, drawers and bedside cabinets. Numatic vacuum, broom, iron and small ironing board in wardrobe.
En-suite Bathroom 1: Large walk-in shower, toilet, heated towel rail and automatic ceiling extractor.
Bedroom 2: With zip and link superking bed (can be twin beds on request). Small fitted wardrobe and bedside cabinets.
En-suite bathroom 2: With shower over bath, toilet, heated towel rail and automatic ceiling extractor.
Both have non-slip bath mats available and Noble Isle natural toiletries, all 250ml bottles.
NB: Towels provided but please bring your own beach and extra dog towels please.

Swimming Pool (closed 1 Jan to 14 Feb annually): Indoor heated swimming pool, private use by arrangement, suggest booking daily hour session/s prior arrival (15m x 5m, depth .8m to 2m) with shower/steam room and changing facilities. Toiletries, floats and safety equipment included. Please bring own pool towels and suggest some crocs or similar.
