Large shower room, accessed directly from inside the main Hut with skylight, Noble Isle toiletries, luxury towels and bath robes. All fully insulated with heaters along with the obligatory log burner and fire pit for the ultimate romantic holiday.

Located on 5 acres of private land, shared with only 3 other detached properties including the Grade II listed Kingates Farmhouse. 

Two small or one medium size, friendly adult dog/s (+12mths), NOT to be left alone in the Hut! Not suitable for reactive dogs, as the Shepherd's Hut garden looks out over our lower paddock where other guests walk their dogs and also over neighbouring farm animals! Warm outside shower with shampoo and conditioner (for dogs) available in main courtyard. Please bring own dog towels and throws!

In rural Isle of Wight, with uninterrupted valley views from your private garden on South Coast AONB, with Protected Dark Sky Status. Great for star gazing around your fire pit and alfresco dining.

Outdoor patio seating/loungers to soak up the sun or stay in the shade and enjoy an abundance of birds, local wildlife, neighbouring farm animals and the odd red squirrel, spotted with the monocular provided!

Direct access to public foot and cycle paths leading to the highest points and best views on the island. Maps provided will help guide you along the Isle of Wight Coastal Path, miles of sandy beaches and nearby local gourmet pubs.

The outdoor undercover seating and BBQ area (inc starter charcoal) has a worktop and sink. We provide basic cupboard essentials, tea, coffee etc. In the kitchen. A welcome pack of fresh bread (please request), jam, milk, butter, bottled water and treats are provided and extras can be ordered ready for your arrival!

The double wall bed will have all the bed linen required for your arrival and can be left down with access and cupboards both sides, rather than scrabble over your partner!

Indoors there's a two seater sofa looking out over the valley towards Whitwell Village and the White Horse Inn, the oldest public house in the country. The bed can be left down or folded up to reveal extra seating and table too for cosy days indoors in front of the FreeSat TV and log burner with complimentary logs throughout your holiday.

Enjoy the abundant foot and cycle paths, book an onsite massage or reflexology treatment, go horse riding on the beach... There's so much to see and do, we have a few suggestions online and feel free to ask for any help. Discounted ferry crossings available too!

South East facing garden: Table and chairs that can be utilised in undercover area with BBQ (inc starter charcoal) for outdoor dining. Gravel garden, evergreen flower border and wildflower meadows, enclosed with 4ft+ fencing to the front and solid 6ft fence to the rear.
3 steps to entrance double glazed stable doors: Private parking for 1 car, exterior boot/coat rack. No smoking indoors.
Open plan living space: Traditional wooden panelling and wooden floors with mats. Blinds on entrance stable doors and windows.
Living area: With wood burner (inc firelighters and starter logs) and sofa, Freesat TV (No WiFi as yet but good mobile signal). The entrance double glazed stable doors look out over the private garden and valley (sunrise) beyond. 
Dining area indoors: Table and chairs revealed when bed folded up.
Kitchen area: With under plinth heater, sink, electric cooker, portable induction hob and microwave, fridge (inc ice box). Cooking equipment, utensils and Eco friendly cleaning products included. 
Double vertical wall bed: With bed linen provided, wardrobes and drawers. Duvet and dual heated under blanket in winter.
En-suite shower room: With luxury towels provided, large walk-in shower, sink, toilet and heated towel rail. Noble Isle natural toiletries all 250ml bottles. Automatic ceiling extractor. NB: Please bring own beach towels.

Swimming Pool: Indoor heated swimming pool, private use by arrangement, suggest booking a daily hour session prior arrival (15m x 5m, depth .8m to 2m) with shower/steam room and changing facilities. Towels, toiletries, floats and safety equipment included.
