Escape from it all in our large traditional Shepherd's Hut with ensuite bathroom, including private use of the indoor pool with steam room. 

Many honeymoon or minimoon couples come back to enjoy the peace and tranquility at Kingates Farm Shepherd's Hut with uninterrupted valley views from your private garden. Your luxury shower room includes Noble Isle toiletries, bathrobes, towels and skylight. Located on 5 acres of private land, shared with only 3 other detached properties including the Grade II listed Kingates Farmhouse.

Further gardens and 2 acre dog walking paddocks lead to South Coast AONB, with Protected Dark Sky Status. Great for star gazing on your garden loungers around your fire pit and/or undercover canopy to see the stars

Outdoor patio seating to soak up the sun or stay in the shade and enjoy an abundance of birds, local wildlife, neighbouring farm animals and the odd red squirrel! 

Direct access to public foot and cycle paths leading to the bighest points and best views on the island. Maps provided will help guide you along the the Isle of Wight Coastal Path, miles of sandy beaches and nearby local gourmet pubs.

The outdoor kitchen and BBQ compliment your indoor facilities and we provide basic cupboard essentials, tea, coffee etc. A welcome pack of fresh bread, milk, butter, bottled water and treats are provided and extras can be ordered ready for your arrival!

Indoors there's a sofa looking straight out over the valley towards Whitwell Village and the White Horse Inn, the oldest public house in the county. The bed can be left made and folded up to reveal extra seating and table too for cosy days indoors in front of the TV and log burner with complimentary logs throughout your holiday.

1 medium/2 small, adult, friendly dog/s @£20 per stay... the Shepherd's Hut garden is stock fenced and looks out over our lower 2 acre paddock where other guests walk their dogs and also over neighbouring farm animals!

Enjoy the abundant foot and cycle paths, book an onsite massage or reflexology treatment, go horse riding on the beach... There's so much to see and do, we have a few suggestions online and feel free to ask for any help!
